Living in "Picassa": Helgolander Str. 21

It is a typical Bremen house, more than 100 years old, located in a quiet
side street, close to the city center.
The apartment “ Picassa” is on the first and second floor. The apartment
is flooded with light and furnished beautifully in an individual way.
Old wooden planks and wooden doors mark the rooms. 2-8 people can
find a beautiful accommodation on more than 90 sqm. You can book the
apartments separately or together. Because of the steep staircase, the
apartment is not suitable for people with disabilities.
You are not allowed to smoke in the apartments, only on the balconies.
Free Parking is possible on the street.



Picassa I  ca. 45 sqm

1 – 4 persons

Located on the first floor with a kitchen and a large balcony. The bed room (160 cm bed) is decorated in black, silver and is separated by a door from the living room. The design sofa by Ligne Roset Multy (160 cm) promises the ultimate sleeping comfort for a third person. Next to the pictures of Petra Heitkötter you can find at a great amount of artworks by the Latvian artist Sigita Daugule.



The bathroom is completely renovated and comfortable.
There is a lot of art, as well as WiFi and TV for enjoyment.

Picassa II  ca. 45 sqm

1 – 3 persons

Located on the second floor with a bedroom (160 cm bed) and a living/bed- room (design sofa by Ligne Roset Multy (160 cm)) with a kitchen corner. Here you have a Paris-like view over the roofs of the surrounding city. The large corner bathtub in the bathroom offers a great way to relax. On the roof terrace you can watch the stars at night or have a sunny breakfast in the morning.


The bathroom is completely renovated and comfortable.
There is a lot of art, as well as WiFi and TV for enjoyment.
